Below are our rates for each of our services.  For long term stays and 3x dogs per family please contact us for a quote.

Before a dog is enrolled for day care we recommend an assessment day. The assessment day gives us the opportunity to get to know your dog and make sure we place them into appropriate activities and groupings. The cost of an assessment day is $42 and includes a full day of daycare, introduction session , midday call to the owners, welcome pack with first day report and photo.

 

Late fees: Our hours are 7am-6:30pm Monday – Friday and 8am – 6pm Saturday + Sunday. Late fees will be charged from 6:30pm onwards. If your dog is not collected by 7pm Mon-Fri or 6:30pm Sat-Sun they will be kenneled for the night.

Food: we supply our boarding and rural retreat guests with premium quality kibble or raw food at a cost of $7 per dog per day. We welcome owners to bring their dogs own food to avoid this surcharge. 

 

50% deposit required at time of booking. Cancellation 30 days prior to stay are fully refundable. Cancellations 7+ days prior to stay are 50% refundable. Cancellations within 7 days are non refundable
 
Discount applies for 2+ dog families. 2 dog = $20 off the price of a concession card, 3 dogs at day care= $30 off the price of a concession card, 4 dogs at day care= $40 off the price of a concession card
*Please note that dogs must live at the same address and be owned by the same owner to be eligible for this deal

Rural Retreat Rates
